What Landlords Can Expect When Partnering with ALE

ALE Solutions works directly with insurance adjusters to find temporary housing for their policyholders in times of need; when a home is destroyed by a fire, tornado, hurricane, or another natural disaster that makes a home inhabitable. Here’s an overview on what you can expect when you partner with us.

Supporting a neighbor in need

When you work with ALE Solutions, you’re helping a neighbor in need. The policyholders we help find housing for already belong to your community, and want to stay as close as possible to their uninhabitable home. They want to be able to see the progress of work being completed on their home, keep their kids in the same schools, keep their commute to work the same, and stay close to familiar surroundings.

Ensuring a good fit

ALE Solutions works directly with you or your designated property manager to determine if your property will be a good fit for the policyholder.1 All properties are viable properties, whether they are furnished or not. Policyholders have the option to rent everything needed to furnish their temporary home, which is outlined in their policy.

We ensure that the lease of your property fits within the approval guidelines of the policyholder’s insurance policy. Rest assured the lease length, rent amount, deposits, extension terms, and other relevant factors will all be discussed prior to finalizing a partnership with you.

Completing the application and contract

Once we match a policyholder with your rental property, they will want to tour the property and meet with you. If the family decides to move forward, you’ll provide them an application to fill out (if applicable) and work with the ALE team on a contract that meets the specific terms of the rental agreement. Once you approve the application and contract, ALE’s Relocation Specialists will work with you to ensure a smooth transaction.

A long-term property partnership

Once a family moves out of your property, our team will keep your property as an active option when searching in your area for other policyholders’ emergency housing needs. We look forward to continuing a long-term partnership with you!
