For $99 annually, you can join the Preferred Landlord Program and enjoy a stress-free rental experience from ALE Solutions.
In addition to the annual fee, Landlords that join the Preferred Landlord Program must be able to provide the lowest available security deposit, fair market price and extensions at the same rate; a 30-day or less notice to vacate; and must be able to respond to inquiries from ALE Solutions within 24 hours to ensure quick placement.
*An annual fee is not required to register your property, however it is required to be a member of the Preferred Landlord Program. Membership in the Preferred Landlord Program is for one calendar year and does not guarantee placement of a tenant in your property. By paying the fees associated with membership of the Preferred Landlord Program you acknowledge that you own all properties registered or have a professional management agreement for the properties you are listing.

By registering your properties and enrolling in the program, you will receive prominent placement within our network, leading to faster occupancy with qualified insurance tenants.
There are two membership tiers available based on the number of properties you would like to register in the program:

To enroll in the Preferred Landlord Program, check the box that states you’d like to join the Preferred Landlord Program before submitting the registration form. If your property is already registered with ALE Solutions and you would like to enroll in the Preferred Landlord Program, visit this page to go directly to the enrollment form.

No. In order to register or update your property information, fill out the form found here: https://https/register-housing/. For submissions with 10 or more properties, use the Multi-Property Submission form found on the same page.
Yes. If you have 11-50 properties to register, download and complete this form, then upload the final document through the Multiple Housing Submission button located on the Register Housing page to submit your properties. Make sure to check the box to enroll in the Preferred Landlord Program before submitting your property information.

Complete the process outlined above (How do I register my property?) for each additional property you would like to register. If you have already enrolled in the Preferred Landlord Program, simply check the box: Already enrolled in the Preferred Landlord Program
Memberships to ALE’s Preferred Landlord Program need to be renewed on a yearly basis, based on the initial date you enrolled in the program. You will receive a notification when it is time to renew your membership.
Once we are aware of a need for accommodations in your area that meet the policyholder’s temporary housing criteria (location and size are typically most important), your property will be prioritized over all others in your area and someone on our team will reach out to confirm immediate availability and to discuss next steps.
We are not able to predict where, or when a policyholder loss will occur. If you are enrolled in the Preferred Landlord Program, when a need arises in your area for a property that matches your listing, your property will be prioritized over all others in your area and someone from our team will be in touch by phone or email to confirm availability and discuss next steps.
