Hotel Collections Specialist
We seek a Hotel Collections Specialist to join our growing collections team. Hotel Collections Specialists assist in the processing of hotel invoices, develop collection strategies, and communicate openly with ALE’s hotel partners.

The Hotel Collections Specialist position is a full-time opportunity, requiring an 8am-5pm work schedule. Candidates for this position must have exceptional attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent negotiation skills.

Daily Functions of this Position:

  • Effectively utilize different collection strategies (call, email, fax, letter) to locate right parties and successfully negotiate payment arrangements
  • Answer incoming phone calls from hotels who have questions related to their invoice
  • Reply to hotel inquiries sent via email in a manner that is informative and professional
  • Provide hotels with copies of invoices, W-9’s, confirmation emails, and folio documentation upon request
  • Contribute to and maintain the internal resources used by the Department
  • Work overtime when needed
  • Additional duties as determined by evolving business needs
