Hotel Billing Specialist
ALE is looking to add a team member to our growing Accounting Department. Our Hotel Billing Specialists are an integral part of our hotel process, responsible for final hotel billing and invoicing within our accounting operation.

This full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.

Daily Functions of this Position:

  • Review hotel folios for accuracy of charges.
  • Review hotel credit card charges and verify if posted to the correct job. Transfer charges to correct job if necessary. 
  • Process and analyze billing to the adjuster.
  • Assist with month end analysis of hotel profitability.
  • Maintain customer files – computer and manual files.
  • Reconciling of SUA credit cards upon completion of the job.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Knowledge and Skills

  • One to three years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Database experience a plus.
  • Great Plains experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
