Hotel Billing Assistant
We seek a Hotel Billing Assistant to join our growing billing team. Our Hotel Billing Assistant supports the hotel billing staff with the billing process.

The Hotel Billing Assistant position is a full-time opportunity, requiring a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm work schedule.

Daily Functions of this Position:

  • Distribute daily & monthly billing to Hotel Billers.
  • Monitor and track invoice requests/tax issues.
  • Assist with invoice sending.
  • Set up new jobs in Great Plains.
  • Updating customer/acct manager information in Great Plains.
  • Assist with month end procedures/credits.
  • Credit card reconciling.
  • Closing jobs in accounting software.
  • Other areas your skill set is needed.

Basic Knowledge and Skills

  • 1 to 2 years of billing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Database experience a plus.
  • Great Plains experience a plus.
  • Incumbent should have excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
