Whether it’s three weeks in a hotel or three months in a temporary home, ALE will work with insurance companies to find comfortable housing accommodations for families when they need it most.

Client Services Specialist
We are adding team members to our dynamic Client Services team! Our Client Services Specialists are the first impression of ALE, providing immediate response and support. When families, insurance adjusters, vendors, or members of the community call ALE Solutions, our Client Services team delivers exemplary customer service.

The Client Services Specialist position is a full-time opportunity, requiring flexibility for a Monday-Friday 11am-8pm work schedule, including rotating weekend hours. Candidates for this position must have exceptional customer service experience with the ability to manage a high call volume and computer work simultaneously.

Daily Functions of this Position:

  • Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and compassion.
  • Assist callers with requested information or connect them with appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing company mail.
  • Update internal database and spreadsheets consistently.
  • Develop collaborative relationship with other departments and staff members.

Basic Knowledge and Skills

  • One year of customer service experience, office/phone experience preferred.
  • Experience and comfortability with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with a database is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
