Whether it’s three weeks in a hotel or three months in a temporary home, ALE will work with insurance companies to find comfortable housing accommodations for families when they need it most.

The Hotel Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts.

This position requires a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility appreciated.

Daily Functions of this Position:

In this position, you should expect to:

  • Research, verify, classify, compute, post and record commission payments from hotel vendor accounts receivable data.
  • Contribute to and maintain the internal resources used by the department.
  • Work schedule as assigned and give proper notice when changes are needed.
  • Work overtime when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Knowledge and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Two plus years of job related experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
  • ACT program experience a plus.
  • Candidate should be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and be a team player.
