Relocation Coordinator
We are adding team members to our dynamic Relocation team! 

The Relocation Coordinator position is a full-time opportunity, Monday-Friday 9-6 pm work schedule. Candidates for this position must have exceptional customer service experience with an eye for detail.

Daily Functions of this Position:

  • Assign new LTH housing placements to the Relocation Specialists, and Search Specialists per the assigning guidelines as needed
  • Receive and distribute all pertinent documents involved with the housing placement process as needed
  • Assist with searching as needed
  • Assist with lease auditing as needed

Basic Knowledge and Skills

  • At least two years of customer service, housing or insurance industry experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • ACT database experience a plus.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently.
  • Takes initiative.
